What Is Adrenoleukodystrophy (ALD) and How Is It Diagnosed?
Introduction
Adrenoleukodystrophy (ALD) is a type of hereditary (genetic) neurological condition that damages the myelin sheath, the membrane which insulates nerve cells in your brain and nervous system.
